Student Contract

I, ________________________________________, have read the Herndon High School Orchestra Guidelines, and understand all of the rules and procedures outlined. I agree to follow all of the guidelines, and understand the penalties if I do not follow the guidelines. I have also seen the Herndon High School Orchestra Calendar and am aware of all dates. I understand that Symphonic Orchestra is considered to be an advanced, honors course, and as such has more stringent requirements, including mandatory attendance (unless excused in advance by the director) at after-school rehearsals. My signature below indicates I am aware of all expectations and requirements of Herndon High School Orchestra Members.
