Musical SelectionsAny district festival is a showcase of musical talent in our schools. District XII is generally regarded as having many of the strongest school-based orchestral music programs in Virginia. We have posted recordings of nine orchestras that were arbitrarily selected by a small panel of volunteers as highlights of this festival. The audio clips are are MP3 files created at 192 Kbps. This means that the sound quality is very good but the files are large--each ranging from 3-11 megabytes. Enjoy!
