Continuing Education Fund

To all current Students and Parents in Herndon High orchestras,
A tragic event has happened to a 2008 alumna of Herndon High; Kirsten Chen, who played viola in the Herndon High Symphonic orchestra from 2004 through 2008.
Both of Kirsten’s parents, Ho-Bih and Chi-Lin Chen, passed away in a house fire on Thursday, April 2nd, 2009. They were the loving and devoted parents of Jim and Kirsten, and will be deeply missed by family and friends.
If desired, contributions towards the Kirsten Chen Education Fund may be made through Herndon Orchestra Boosters (tax deductible) and we will ensure that all the money donated in this way will go directly to Kirsten’s continuing education.
You can make the check out to HOBO, and in the memo portion of the check write Continuing Education Fund, Kirsten Chen and send the check to HOBO, P.O. Box 51, Herndon, VA 20172, or put in the Orchestra box at school.
